Early morning:
5:30 am on M,W,F / 5:00 am on T,Th with Open Gym at 6:00 am
Mid-morning:
Check Zen for the Latest
Evening:
5:30 pm M-F, with Open Gym at 4:30 pm MWF
Saturday
7:00 am - Open Gym
8:00 am - Workout of the Day
9:30 am - Yin Yoga
